The Dawn Haley Tour is focused on understanding the current state of the body and providing nutritional education and awareness that promote healthy lifestyles. The Dawn Haley Tour is based in Calumet City, Illinois, and is managed by its fiscal agent S.A.G.A. EMPOWERMENT SERVICES COALITION, NFP (SAGAesc). SAGAesc is an Illinois Registered 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization since November 1, 1994. The Dawn Haley Tour will operate under this guidance as a social enterprise until it becomes its own entity.
